PACE Vendor Approval Form
This form is to be used for vendors who are working with PACE students. For the 2026-27 school year, all vendors must fill out a new form.
PACE Standard Receipt
Use this form if you need a more detailed receipt, purchase from an individual (FB Marketplace, Ebay, etc), or have lost your receipt. If you have a receipt that is only ticker tape (just numbers and prices with no description), you will need to submit this form alongside your reimbursement request.
PACE Technology Travel Request
If you would like to travel outside of Alaska with your device, please complete this form and give it to your local learning center or contact teacher.
PACE Out of State Expenditures
If you would like to be reimbursed for activities you attend outside of Alaska, please fill out this form.
