The Ketchikan Learning Center is located in the Plaza and has adequate parking which is a commodity in Ketchikan.
The KLC has numerous curriculum samples, a lending library, loaner science kits, and spacious tables for testing and studying. The KLC hosts Lego Robotics during the fall, participates in Battle of the Books, and organizes guided paint activities and field trips to local beaches and lakes. We strive to offer new activities and workshops for our homeschool families.

When visiting the learning center, it is easy to stop and grab a bite before or after at McDonalds, Taco Time, and Safeway. The Learning Center is close neighbors to Vibrance Creative Space and downstairs on the first floor of the Plaza Studio 103 which hosts numerous arts activities for our community. There is a space for little ones to color, play with toys, and build duplos or legos when families visit as well.
