Intel Macs (or Apples) require an extra step when using Rosetta Stone Online or TechKnowledge. This is due to the fact that the Shockwave plugin required for interactivity has not been updated for the newer Macs.
Simply follow the instructions above to "trick" your Mac into using the prior version of the Shockwave plugin.
